Shipping policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (where available)
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Enzo and Rose is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed with shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking- Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available) so you can monitor your package's delivery status.

Enzo and Rose is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
